Being lean doesn't mean perfect building!

Weight is not everything; flexibility is beautiful

If the latter maintain herself properly, she can also be a state of non-wrinkle, normal weight. With age increasing, looseness gradually become the main melody of all parts of body.

To keep fit, exercising harder and more to maintain compact state, the specific weight is not important. Having a flush face, an enchanting curve of waist-hip, a perfect muscle line of abdomen, isn't it more beautiful?
